In an effort to provide you with the best possible training, EBI Consulting requires that you agree to the following policies. By purchasing and enrolling in a training course from EBI Consulting, you are agreeing to accept these policies:

 

Payment Policy

EBI Consulting Training Services requires payment in full at the time of registration. Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) when enrolling for a class.

 

Cancellation Policy

Notice of nonattendance must be made at least 48 hours prior to the course date. In this event the participant may either: (1) send a substitute from his/her firm, or (2) transfer the registration to another course offered within three months. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. In the unlikely event of course cancellation, EBI Consulting's liability shall be limited to the refunding of all registration fees.
