EBI Consulting congratulates Stephanie Trueb for being honored as a Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum.

Stephanie TruebThis is the 25th year Real Estate Forum has published its esteemed list profiling women making inroads in the commercial real estate industry through their ambition, dedication, and determination to succeed.

“Stephanie has been a steadfast leader within EBI Consulting, but also within the environmental consulting industry. Throughout her career, she has led by example and commitment to client needs. She has been instrumental in retaining and expanding relationships with large multi-national lending institutions, such as UBS, AG, and JP Morgan, making EBI a premier national due diligence provider to the lending community. To this end, she has conducted countless client lunch and learn sessions and participated in industry organizations such as ASTM. She has forged close relationships with co-workers, tirelessly participating in company annual training programs, and crafting technical guidance material and helping to evolve company products. She has earned the respect of her peers with a positive demeanor, patient listening, and proactive solutions. EBI is proud and honored to have Stephanie as a member of our family.” - John Katze, Vice President of Technical Services, RE Traditional Due Diligence.

Stephanie is not only a Woman of Influence within the real estate industry. Even more so, she is a Woman of Influence in her home community south of Charlotte. Stephanie places family first; always staying involved and serving in her local schools, scouts, and church. She successfully balances a demanding career with a very full family and community life.

Arriving at this place of success has not come without challenges, as Stephanie describes. “The biggest obstacle I encountered was early on in my career as an engineer - being a young woman in a primarily male-dominated field. I encountered a number of instances in which my knowledge and abilities were initially questioned or presumed to be inadequate due to my age. I overcame this by working even harder, doing independent research to learn as much about the industry as possible, and taking on as many responsibilities as I could. This work was well worth it with the career opportunities I have had over the years and looking back from where I started to the position I am in now.”

EBI would like to thank Stephanie for her hard work and dedication, and to recognize how incredibly deserving she is to have this honor!
