EBI surveyed the property in accompaniment with the College Chief of Staff, Director of Facilities, College Chief of Security, and the Property’s Maintenance Supervisor. During the survey, representative areas of the property, academic spaces, mechanical spaces, and building components were observed. Interviews were also conducted with knowledgeable college representatives to gain detailed information regarding the campus, its building components, systems, and all pertinent history regarding the property.
EBI utilized interviews and references from key campus personnel and the Town of Brookline’s Building Department and Fire Department to obtain building information, repairs, capital expenditures, and maintenance in connection with the Property. Based on the site surveys, observations, detailed information regarding the Property and its components, EBI provided the client a comprehensive report identifying immediate repairs, short term repairs, and replacement reserves that are necessary for the maintenance of the College buildings and campus.
