EBI Consulting congratulates Dan Balbo on winning Connect Media’s 2020 Next Generation Award.
Out of over 500 nominees nationally, Dan was recognized as a rising star in the commercial real estate industry. Each year, Connect Media recognizes young leaders who are “likely to be influential in the commercial real estate industry for a long time because of their talent, drive and fresh ideas.”
Dan, Program Manager for Traditional Real Estate Due Diligence, came to EBI Consulting ten years ago with no experience in commercial due diligence. Leveraging his experience in engineering, Dan quickly learned the ropes of property assessment and diligent reporting for our clients in their commercial real estate transactions. He developed a keen eye for problematic issues at properties and became very adept at developing solutions to the problems he encountered. Dan also developed a great rapport with clients and they quickly learned to trust his ability to protect them from bad situations that might threaten their transactions.
More recently, Dan has taken on the role of training staff who are in the same position he was ten years ago, helping to mentor and guide them into solid performing assessors. Now Dan is also involved in program management activities with GSEs like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and is working to develop more client relationships and business opportunities for EBI, all the while ensuring that EBI is continuously exceeding our client’s expectations.
