BURLINGTON, MA (August 25, 2021) – EBI Consulting is pleased to announce Senior Program Director Caroline D’Agostino’s promotion to lead the Construction Services Practice as Director of Operations!
Caroline has been paramount in growing and running the Construction Services team, under EBI’s Real Estate Services umbrella, since its formation in 2007. The Construction Services team completes Construction Plan and Cost Reviews (CPCRs) to review the feasibility of construction projects before they commence as well as Construction Monitoring Reports (CMRs), where team members perform site visits of construction and renovation projects to identify risks, ensure projects are on budget and on schedule, address challenges that arise during the project timeline, and recommend funding for projects as they proceed.
Recently, Caroline worked with leadership to refine the Construction Services practice and add capacity and skillsets in preparation for the team’s future growth. She played a vital role in hiring personnel to build the team, which grew from two members in 2007 to 24 members as of August 2021.

Prior to joining EBI as a project engineer and assessor in 2003, Caroline graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering and served for five years in the Army Corps of Engineers, finishing out her service as a Captain. At EBI, Caroline completed Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Conditions Assessments (PCAs) for projects throughout the US. After joining the newly-formed Construction Services group, she completed CMRs, assumed operational management of projects as Senior Program Manager, managed field personnel, and was promoted to Senior Program Director in 2017.
In addition to her impact within EBI, Caroline has been featured in NEREJ’s 2020 Ones to Watch list and 2020 Women in Construction spotlight.
