Featuring Vinny Lesinski, National Manager, RE Site Investigation and Remediation 

Vinny Lesinski manages EBI’s national Real Estate Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) group. He has 25 years of industry experience, 18 of which have been at EBI. From New York to California, his team is at work resolving clients’ due diligence challenges. We asked Vinny about what it takes to lead a successful team (and learned he has some interesting hobbies too!) 

What do you like about Site Investigation and Remediation? 

Vinny: It’s rewarding to be able to provide solutions for our clients, particularly in complex technical situations or challenging timeframes.   

What does a successful team mean to you? 

Vinny: On a successful team, everyone has clear objectives and goals, and collaborating together means that the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.  More seasoned staff mentor and help to develop younger team members and provide new opportunities and rewarding paths for professional development and career advancement.    

What is most important to you when considering applicants for your team? 

Vinny: A broad and varied base of technical experience, and enthusiasm to engage and collaborate with the whole team, from front-line field scientists, to project managers, the sales team, EBI leadership team, and our clients.   

What do you do in your free time? Any hobbies? 

Vinny: Backpacking, fishing, and beekeeping.
