Nick Ritz joined EBI in 2004 and has over 27 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. He is responsible for directing National Environmental Policy Act regulatory compliance and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment due diligence programs for telecommunications clients and specializes in managing large portfolio and build-out projects. Nick also facilitates the continuing technical development of the telecommunications environmental program, including procedural updates, technical training, and quality control, as well as identifying and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and deliver additional value for clients.

Not only does Nick assist in establishing EBI’s standards and training for a wide range of scopes of work for wireless clients nationally, but he has amassed a number of certifications. His professional registrations include: accredited and licensed Asbestos Inspector, accredited and licensed Management Planner, and OSHA hazardous waste operations and emergency response.
