Tim Downey

Senior Project Manager

Tim has over 32 years of experience in the asbestos, lead, and hazardous materials industry, as well as industrial hygiene, radon, soil and groundwater sampling, health and safety, and construction monitoring. Project assignments have included asbestos, lead, mold, PCB, and other hazardous materials abatement for public, residential, commercial, financial and retail facilities. Tim is a licensed asbestos instructor and registered asbestos management planner in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in geology from Northeastern University.
