Michele Perkins

Senior Program Director, HUD ESA

With over 15 years’ experience in the environmental consulting industry, Michele specializes in Phase I ESAs, subsurface investigations and remediation activities, NEPA assessments, and limited compliance audits. She also completes radon, lead, asbestos, moisture intrusion, and mold sampling assessments. Michele has performed, managed and provided review and technical guidance for Phase I ESAs on hundreds of properties throughout the US in conformance with ASTM, lender, and equity requirements. Additionally, she is a Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector and AHERA Certified Asbestos Building Inspector.

Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology from North Central College.
