Mark has 32 years of experience in the environmental assessment and remediation services industry, providing environmental due diligence and contaminated property assessments and managing cleanups for clients including state and municipal agencies, utility companies, private developers, and industrial. His work completing numerous assessments, remediation, and redevelopment projects in Massachusetts resulted in the development of affordable housing units, assisted living facilities, recreational parks and athletic fields, and commercial and retail establishments. Prior to his consulting career, Mark spent seven years as an engineer with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, where he identified contaminated sites and initiated assessment and clean-up activities at these locations. Mark is a registered professional engineer and licensed site professional in the state of Massachusetts.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and his master’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
