Josh Carrell

Senior Project Architect

Josh has 17 years of experience delivering architectural designs and construction administration services at a variety of scales and in diverse building types, including retail, commercial, tenant improvement, education, laboratory, mixed-use, multifamily residential, and single-family residential. He is an early adopter of Building Information Modeling (BIM), and has been using the Revit platform since 2002. Additionally, he has been a LEED Accredited Professional for over 16 years and has completed LEED projects at all levels of certification. Josh was recognized by the North Bay Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Sustainable Design” in 2009. He is also a registered and licensed architect in 26 states across the US.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture and environmental design from the University of Minnesota, and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Oregon.
