Dirk A. Griffin

National Program Director

Dirk joined EBI Consulting in 2006 and has over 31 years of experience with architecture, design, construction, and engineering assessments. His extensive experience in real estate consulting services, hundreds of completed site surveys, and thousands of due diligence assessments for clients has allowed him to work closely with prominent clients. His intimate knowledge of ASTM standards makes him a solid resource for EBI’s engineers and architects. Dirk has been involved in high-profile projects for a wide range of property types including retail, office, multi-family residential, hospitality, healthcare, and other commercial facilities.

Dirk has a Bachelor of Science in architecture from The Catholic University of America and is a member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
