Darren Stineman
Chief Financial Officer
Darren, CFO, began his career at EBI Consulting in 2016. Prior to EBI, Darren held various corporate finance roles, including at: a software and service firm that was acquired for $700MM, a technologically advanced food company, a financial technology and service firm that was acquired for $3B, one of the nation’s largest providers of digital marketing services, and a $1B spin-off transaction.
Working out of EBI’s Corporate Headquarters in Burlington, MA, Darren leads the Financial Planning, Accounting, Marketing, and Information Technology functions. In addition to the traditional financial focus, Darren drives the company’s strategic plans, corporate development and M&A, and our deployment of market leading technology to enhance the client experience.
He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in finance from Bentley College.
