Brian joined the EBI Team in 2017 with over 10 years of extensive experience working in multifamily and commercial construction that includes on-site field work and project management specializing in historic rehabilitation projects. His multifamily projects utilized both state and federal tax credit programs. As project manager, his responsibilities included contract management, project financial and budget control, constructability review of plans and specifications, project scheduling, RFI/submittal management, and subcontractor coordination.
As the AEC Program Director at EBI, Brian manages the HUD AEC Review process from start to finish. This includes ensuring the necessary documents are submitted for review and approval, communicating and coordinating with the entire project team to guarantee project deadlines are met, and authoring the final report and CNA e-Tool to include all essential components for submission to HUD. Other relevant skills include HUD CNA e-Tool, Microsoft Office and Project, Timberline Accounting, Procore Project Management Software, Bluebeam Revu, On-Screen Takeoff, and AutoCAD.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in urban planning & geography from the Virginia Commonwealth University and works out of EBI’s Richmond, VA office.
