The Team

Mike joined EBI Consulting in 2001 and is now Senior Program Director of HUD PCNA in EBI’s Multifamily Agency Services group. Mike has extensive experience in property evaluation and has completed hundreds of engineering assessments, Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) for multi-family and healthcare facilities, HUD permits & approval reports, roof surveys, equity evaluations, Green Property Condition Assessments, green PCNAs, and Environmental Site Assessments.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Bentley College. Mike is a Professional Engineer and Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator in the state of Massachusetts, an AHERA asbestos inspector, and is trained in HUD Multi-Family Accelerated Processing (MAP). He resides in Massachusetts and works from EBI’s Burlington, MA headquarters.
