Krista Carter-Bowen

Project Manager

Krista has over 18 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. She has performed, managed, and provided review and technical guidance for Phase I ESAs on hundreds of properties throughout the US in conformance with ASTM, lender, and acquisition requirements for local, federal, and private entities. These projects have included multifamily residential, commercial, light and heavy industrial, manufacturing facilities, and undeveloped and agricultural land. Krista has also performed limited compliance audits as part of Phase I ESAs on industrial and manufacturing properties, managed and performed remediation and monitoring projects, and conducted subsurface investigation and remediation activities on various properties for clients and state regulatory agencies.

Krista earned her Associate of Arts degree in environmental technology from Columbus State Community College.
