Darcey joined EBI in 2013 and brings 20 years of experience
As Practice Leader of Real Estate Traditional business unit, Darcey is responsible for managing field experts while advancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice. Darcey works closely with all team members to improve market expansion, service delivery, utilization of resources, training, general management, and recruiting and retention. 
Darcey has led efforts within the real estate practice to reduce site visit time, improve scheduling efficiencies, streamline status reports, automate the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) process, eliminate irrelevant map fees, reduce write time for key deliverables, and reduce non-billable time spend. She has also served in various roles at EBI since first joining as Sales Executive to elevate the client experience and profitability, improve business processes, enhance services across the company and oversee operations in the northeast, mid-Atlantic and southeast U.S.
Darcey earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a triple major in psychology, sociology, and anthropology from Towson University. She also earned a Master of Science degree in organizational development from McDaniel College. She is based out of EBI’s York, PA office.
