The Team

Chris joined EBI Consulting in 2005 and is now the Technical Director of EBI’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) services. Chris has more than 20 years’ experience in the environmental due diligence and compliance industry. His extensive experience includes managing NEPA and related environmental compliance assessments, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and contaminant monitoring, sampling, and clean-up. Chris received his Bachelor of Science in environmental science from Acadia University and has certificates from Duke University in Law and Implementation of the NEPA. He is also a qualified environmental professional and trained in RF site safety awareness, as well as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 38-hour Wetlands Delineation and Management program.

At EBI, Chris oversees NEPA and related compliance services, develops and implements various service scopes of work to ensure NEPA compliance, develops and leads internal and client NEPA regulatory trainings, and performs senior-level reviews of NEPA service reports and policies. Chris is also responsible for cost and budget analysis, proposal preparation, project oversight, and staffing resource management.
