Seismic Maps
Seismic Risk Evaluations are part of our real estate due diligence services. Using data from the 1997 Uniform Building Code (UBC), EBI is able to calculate the probable maximum loss (PML) based on the worst possible seismic occurrence. In order to determine if your property is situated in a high risk seismic zone, EBI can provide you with a hard copy of a seismic zone map.
Additionally, EBI's GIS team can generate specific seismic zone area maps, such as the following example of the Las Vegas metro area:

Estimating the probable maximum loss is a statistical representation of how an earthquake will affect your property. Our GIS database also includes information on liquifaction and landslide areas and Alquist-Priolo fault zones.
