on-site parking structures. The
property condition surveys additionally included in-depth
assessments of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems by licensed architects, mechanical engineers, and structural engineers.

technical review prepared by a third-party consultant. The technical review was conducted in order to comment regarding the appropriateness of the conclusions and recommendations presented in the third-party reports. The technical review of the
environmental site assessments and
property condition surveys for all 485 sites was completed by 27 EBI Consulting senior technical reviewers within six calendar days.
