John Reinhardt will explain background issues regarding these changes, and address the impact of MassDEP's new sewer regulations as they relate to industrial and sanitary sewer permitting changes. In addition, he will provide information about to whom the regulations now apply, and recommend potential strategies to complete the required forms by January 12th, 2008.
Bob Gingras will present an overview of the design process (Owner's Letter to Engineer, Development of the Basis of Design, Preparation of Plans and Specifications) and associated permitting (Special Hazardous Waste Piping Plans Approval, Design Document Approval, Facility Grade Assignment, Staffing Plan) for Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Systems.
