Wastewater Permitting/Engineering

Facility directors and environmental health and safety officers are routinely faced with facility expansions, relocations and renovations, new equipment installations, and process changes. Any of these activities may change the facility’s wastewater characteristics and, require actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, regional, and local wastewater permitting requirements. During the planning process, EBI can determine if the extent of your facility changes will require simple permit adjustments or the permitting of a new source of wastewater. In either case, EBI can complete the required analysis, consult with the regulatory agencies and submit the required data and forms to ensure compliance. We will follow the process continually until you have the required permit in hand by the time you need it. As desired, EBI will design and implement annual monitoring, record keeping, and periodic reporting requirements, including sampling and testing, required by your wastewater permit.
