Construction Stabilization 

Construction Stabilization Reports are third party reports utilized by lenders and developers to understand the level of completion of a property under construction, and to estimate costs to complete a project that may be facing difficulty.

EBI's carefully trained construction team employs our specialized process including a detailed analysis of the site and a percentage of completion for each project. We supplement the site survey with a detailed analysis of the General Contractor’s Applications for Payment, Change Orders, meeting minutes, work logs, and other documentation available to ascertain, from an arms-length position, an accurate level of completion. Using our in-house database, estimates from local vendors and tradesmen, R. S. Means, and costs from similar projects in similar locations, we develop estimates of costs to complete each phase of the project.
