Pollution prevention programs are integral to overall sustainability programs, can result in significant operational cost savings, are often required by law, and offer the opportunity for hospitals, educational facilities, laboratories, and industrial facilities to avoid non-compliance penalties and remediation costs associated with mercury, PCB’s, oils, asbestos, and other contaminants. EBI has established working relationships with a variety of regulatory agencies nationwide, and is favorably positioned to provide cost-effective guidance regarding ever-changing pollution prevention regulations. We are able to identify potential sources of pollution and design appropriate containment methods and prevention techniques to reduce the risk and mitigate the effects of potential leaks or spills.
