- FCC Rules implementing NEPA and an overview of Environmental Assessments
- Understanding the NEPA Timeline for FCC-licensed actions
Section 106
- What Section 106 is and why is it important
- The 2001 and 2005 Nationwide Programmtic Agreement
- FCC Form 620 for new towers and FCC Form 621 for collocation sites
- Understanding the SHPO timeline
