NEPA

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires that all federal agencies consider the impacts of their actions on the environment. As an "action" licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), all telecommunications installations and facilities must also adhere to all applicable NEPA requirements.
