John F. Roddy

Mr. John Roddy has more than 30 years of senior financial and project management experience in the environmental, construction, and high tech industries. He has devised and implemented successful startup and turnaround strategies, and has successfully managed regional and national environmental investigations. Mr. Roddy has extensive working experience with entrepreneurs and investors, auditors, bankers, and corporate counsel. He specializes in environmental cost estimating, and contract negotiations.
At EBI, Mr. Roddy is involved in financial planning, project management, and business development. He was responsible for coordinating decontamination of an investment firm’s headquarters in New York City after the building was destroyed on September 11, 2001. Mr. Roddy managed the immediate response action and long-term remediation of a Boston commercial property following a flood by contaminated seawater. He coordinated a nationwide environmental review of more than one thousand properties involved in the sale of a REIT with a book value of $2 billion. The work included report reviews, site assessments, subsurface investigations, and remediation. He negotiated contracts with all parties and coordinated all fieldwork. Mr. Roddy developed the cost estimates for all proposed remediation.
Mr. Roddy holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Babson College.
