Foreclosure Analysis 

Foreclosure Analysis Reports are crucial to a lender preparing to foreclose on a property, or for assisting investors interested in a foreclosure property. Foreclosure Analysis Reports are a modified and expanded Property Condition Report completed to a scope of work similar to the ASTM E2018-08 Property Condition Report standard. During the completion of a Foreclosure Analysis Report, EBI will conduct a site survey, interviews with parties with authority over the property, and reviews of available municipal and management documents regarding maintenance, recent repairs, material code violations, or capital improvements.

EBI’s reports aid in understanding the true condition of the property, and include estimates of costs to cure deferred maintenance, immediate repairs and replacement reserves during the anticipated hold, restructure or ownership term.
