Energy Audits  

At a time when energy costs are somewhat volatile, property owners and managers can benefit from a thorough analysis of major building systems, particularly the heating and cooling systems, building envelope, lighting fixtures, water fixtures, and the interaction of these systems.

EBI's energy and sustainability specialists, a network that includes licensed Architects, Professional Engineers, LEED Accredited Professionals, licensed Energy Raters, and other appropriately credentialed and trained staff, will spend time evaluating major systems and how they relate.  You will be provided with a list of energy conservation opportunities, along with an estimate of the project cost and associated energy savings to help you understand the payback on your investment.  As a part of this audit, EBI can perform energy modeling in accordance with industry-accepted practices in order to further understand the heating and cooling requirements of your facility.
