EBI Consulting’s proprietary DICE system allows the content of our environmental site assessment and property condition reports to be electronically mapped directly into your underwriting system. This whole process occurs with just a few clicks, thus lowering your costs, increasing your report quality, and saving you valuable time that will allow more deals to be completed. This fully paperless environment defines key data fields in XML (DICE is ASTM 05 compliant).
When a draft or final version of a due diligence report is posted, you will receive an email notification. A link within this email allows you to preview the report and electronically extract pertinent data in XML format.
