Capital Needs Assessment

Equity Property Condition Reports are utilized by equity investors or owners to enhance their understanding of a property under consideration during the acquisition due diligence period.

Our reports consist of a modified and expanded Property Condition Report, which deals with all aspects of the property being considered. EBI offers a menu of equity analysis and reporting services, covering all aspects of building components and systems. Based on your goals or areas of concern, and/or the age and condition of the property under consideration, we will recommend and deploy a dedicated team of professionals with expertise in façades, roofing, ADA, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, elevators, IAQ (Indoor Air Quality), parking garages, seismic analysis, and ALTA surveys.

During the completion of our Equity Property Condition Reports, EBI will conduct a multiple-day site survey, coupled with interviews with parties with authority over the property, and reviews and analysis of available municipal and management plans, reports and documents regarding maintenance, recent repairs, material code violations or capital improvements.
